Hunter Connelly  

Hunter Connelly | CEO

Hunter serves as CEO of Village Real Estate. Hunter has vast leadership and development experience as co-founder of Core Development and Evergreen Real Estate. Core Development focuses on the development and renovation of in-fill neighborhoods; Evergreen has developed a portfolio of over 5,000 apartment units throughout the Southeast. Hunter graduated from Sewanee: The University of the South with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. Hunter and his wife Katty have four children.

Zach Goodyear  

Zach Goodyear | President

Zach serves as President of Village Real Estate. Zach started his real estate career in 2004 at Village Real Estate where he gained experience in traditional residential sales as well as multi-unit new construction development sales. In 2012, Zach joined Parks Realty to open a new-concept urban office in the Gulch where he served as Managing Broker for over 6 years. During that time, he helped re-brand what was then known as Bob Parks Realty into what is now Parks. In January 2019, Zach returned to Village Real Estate. Zach has served on the Board of Directors for Greater Nashville REALTORS®, is a past president of the Sewanee Club of Nashville alumni association, and is a licensed REALTOR® and Broker in Tennessee. Zach was selected as part of the Nashville Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 class of 2017. He graduated from Sewanee: The University of the South with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Zach and his wife, Martha, live in Nashville with their 3 children.


Angela Garner

Managing Broker | Franklin Office

Angela Garner, CRS, GRI, has served as Managing Broker of Village’s Franklin Office since 2017. Graduated from Father Ryan High School, she has a Bachelors’ degree from Western Kentucky University. She began her real estate career in 2000 in new-home sales, and she was an on-site agent for 9 years representing up to 17 different builders in several different Williamson County Communities. Angela is a proud mother of 4 children and loves to call Franklin home. She stays very involved in children’s sports, including football, basketball, soccer, taekwondo, cheer and volleyball.


Andrea Woodard

Managing Broker | Ashwood Office
Director of Agent Attraction

Andrea began her Real Estate career in 2009, and has been a Managing Broker since 2016, currently assembling the newest Village office, Ashwood. She brings an eternal optimism and unparalleled knowledge on all things real estate where she strives in every relationship to ensure the client and agents’ needs are met to the fullest. Her true passion is uniting and serving others, either by leading her agents or volunteering within the community. She has been a proud Board Member for Greater Nashville Realtors, Preston Taylor Ministries and The Next Door. She is a graduate from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and currently lives in Green Hills with her husband, two daughters, and their mini golden-doodle, Cali, who really runs the show.


Karen Baker

Managing Broker | Williamson Office
Director of Sales

Karen has worked in real estate for 20 years, including seven as a managing broker. A Memphis native, and University of Memphis alumnus, she previously served as president of the Williamson County Association of Realtors, Director for Tennessee Realtors and Realtracs. Karen and her husband of 35 years, Mike, have two adult sons who are both UT grads. They live on a small farm south of Franklin with their three dogs.


Lee Pfund

Managing Broker | Hillsboro Village Office

Lee Pfund is the Managing Broker for Village’s East Nashville office. Prior to joining Village, Lee was Assistant Managing Broker and Training Director for Crye-Leike in Franklin. A Memphis native, Lee started his real estate career in the Bluff City with Keller Williams in 2006, eventually managing REO/foreclosure and investment property. In 2013, he relocated to Nashville and worked with Keller Williams in Green Hills until moving to Crye-Leike. Lee has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Memphis and is a graduate of Greater Nashville REALTORS® 2017 Leadership Academy. Active with the Greater Nashville REALTORS®, he serves on the Board of Directors & Legislative Committee. Lee is a Silver- & twice Gold-winner of Awards of Excellence for Greater Nashville Realtors, a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR).


Brent Cooper

Managing Broker | East Nashville Office

Brent is the Village mentor program director, coaching agents to maximize their potential. He has been in the business of building homeowner dreams for seven years. His previous career was in fashion retail, where he worked with Calvin Klein as Creative & Marketing Director for 11 years. There, he developed a love for design, financials, operations, and marketing strategies. These strengths have propelled his real estate career and his ability to coach new agents, watch them succeed and build strong partnerships. Brent is President of his HOA and a 2021 Chair of Habitat for Humanity with Greater Nashville Realtor. At home, he spoils his dogs Buddy and Jaxon.


Teddy Pins

Director of Eduction

Teddy Pins serves as Director of Education and is a Realtor, national speaker, educator, coach, and founder of Radius Residential Partners. Born into a Southern California real estate family, Teddy developed an early passion for marketing and client service, graduating from St. Louis University with a degree in Communications and Marketing. Teddy has led Fortune 50 marketing campaigns, multiple sales teams, and is an expert strategist, negotiator, and real estate investor. He is passionate about helping clients use real estate as a vehicle to build wealth. As an agent educator, Teddy is committed to imparting the industry’s highest professional standards and best practices to the next generation of Realtors. Named one of Nashville Business Journal’s Top 25 Agents and Nashville Lifestyle’s Favorite Realtor, Teddy ranks in the top 2% of Realtors nationwide. He is the co-author of NAR’s course on Buyer Representation in New Construction and co-founder of Skill Centered Coaching. Each summer since 1996, Teddy mentors young adults in Michigan at the American Youth Foundation’s National Leadership Conference. He lives in Nashville and enjoys hiking and boating with his 80-pound rescue pit, Bobo.


Anna Hatch

Mentor Program Director

Anna Hatch leads Village’s crucial mentor program for new Realtors®. She is a rare native, born and raised in the Nashville and Brentwood areas. She began her career in tax accounting and ran her own bookkeeping and tax consulting business. After so many years of working closely with her clients to provide detailed and practical expertise to improve their businesses, Anna made the decision to branch out into real estate knowing her experience would be a palpable asset. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor allow her to provide the Village mentor program participants with the knowledge and confidence they need to accomplish their goals. Anna has three sons and lives in the Woodbine area of Nashville. When she’s not helping clients, you can find her planning events, enjoying good food with friends, hiking at Radnor or volunteering in the community.
