Murfreesboro Real Estate

Southeast of Nashville lies Murfreesboro, home to Middle Tennessee State University and several large state corporations. Murfreesboro has boomed over the past decade, becoming Tennessee’s fastest growing major city, and it’s not hard to see why. Far from a traditional college town, Murfreesboro has several large subdivisions and commercial shopping areas. Spacious new construction homes are most prevalent in Murfreesboro — and at a much more affordable price than new construction within Nashville city limits. In addition, apartments and townhomes are also an easy find in the area.
