Hermitage Real Estate

One of Nashville’s most historic sections, Hermitage is named for President Andrew Jackson’s Tennessee estate. Houses in these parts rival Jackson’s mansion, with sizable homes on expansive lots making up most of the market. Hermitage runs along 42-mile-long Percy Priest Lake and is home to Nashville Shores, a favorite summer spot known for waterpark attractions in a natural lake atmosphere. Stones River Bend Park runs along a curve in the Cumberland River and offers a greenway for jogging, walking, or biking. Like many of Nashville’s suburban communities, Hermitage offers something for everyone, with a wide variety of housing options and modern conveniences, such as big-name retail shopping, all within a short drive East from downtown.
