"Joe was fantastic to work with and there were several things that stood out to us as he helped in our home purchase journey. First, he is an excellent and frequent communicator, which was deeply important to us. We offered a very quick closing, and with all of the information being passed around during that time, Joe always responded very promptly with all of the information. When he did not immediately know something, he started working on the problem. For example, we had a tough time getting answers on some very specific HOA-related questions, so Joe came up with the idea of trying a different approach and reaching out to the property management company (which worked).
