Jillian Kaplan obtained her B.A. in Business Administration from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California, with a minor in Real Estate. Following an undergraduate emphasis in accounting, Jill went on to achieve her Master’s in Business Taxation from the Leventhal School of Accounting also at USC. Prior to entering the real estate field full-time, Jill, a licensed CPA, worked as an associate at a large public accounting firm.
Raised by a Real Estate Professional, Jill has a knack for Real Estate and has held her license since her freshman year of college. Helping clients find their dream home, while at the same time explaining the numbers behind each transaction, is what Jill loves. Jill is now licensed in both California & Tennessee and can assist in real estate relocation, purchases, sales, & investments in both states. Jillian, her husband Evan, & their four-year-old French Bulldog Karl, will be welcoming a new addition to the family, a baby boy, in April 2022!
