BIO
The Property Twins Nashville are the real estate partners -- and real identical twin sisters -- Carrie & Lindsay Pfeiffer. They believe in the potential for every house to become a home and for every person to become a homeowner. Their clients enjoy "double the fun" and twice the amount of support from their real estate partnership. The sisters work together to provide 360 degree service for all their clients. Their favorite types of properties are those that are quirky and not "cookie-cutter." They especially love mid-century style homes, log cabins, and cute cottages.
But who is who? Just remember the phrase: "Carrie-Cut; Lindsay-Long" since Carrie usually has her hair cut short, and Lindsay keeps her hair long. In their real estate roles, Carrie is the "Showing Twin," and leads the way showing properties and negotiating winning offers for their buyers. Lindsay is the "Contracts Twin," and excels in all the legal paperwork necessary to take a client from contract to closing.
In addition to rocking the Nashville real estate scene, The Property Twins enjoy performing at variety shows around town as the musical/comedy act "The Pfeiffer Twins." At home, Lindsay is a mom to her little girl Ellie and they love shopping at thrift stores together. Carrie has four feline fur-babies and is semi-obsessed with feeding her backyard birds, squirrels, and opossum. And if you love singing karaoke, then you're going to love your new realtors!
