Julia Hansen

BIO:
Julia comes to Village Real Estate with almost 20 years as an interior designer in the middle Tennessee area. As the owner of Nashville Design Group, LLC, in her role as Lead Designer she has been able to help many clients with complete renovations or simple restyles here in middle Tennessee and along 30A in Florida. Her love of style, houses, interiors and redesign made her decision to go into real estate a natural choice.

She is a member of RESA (Real Estate Staging Association) and completed the SAR (Staging & Redesign) staging course in 2016. She has been staging houses for realtors for the past few years and loves finding the hidden potential in every home.

She is an animal lover, artist, designer, realtor, beach lover, tennis player and enjoys her “zen” time walking and hiking the trails at Edwin Warner Park in Nashville.

Julia has lived in Franklin, TN for over 20 years. She enjoys time at the beach with her husband Stuart, and children Carter & Olivia.
