I CAN + I WILL
Sara Lederach is a big believer in creative expression and the power of community. An artist, curator, and co-founder of the East Side Art Stumble, Lederach collaborates with creative minds of all kinds to build unique opportunities for learning and connection. “We are responsible to the people and places around us. Art helps us navigate communication and relationships as Nashville continues to bloom.” Sara’s attention to detail and organized leadership have been assets in building exhibitions and events that connect folks with makers and doers across the Mid-South
A focus on equity and accessibility led Sara to real estate, an art form she’s been enjoying on a personal level for well over a decade, buying and renovating houses in Inglewood, Brentwood, and East Nashville along the way. Equipped with an eye for design and an answers-not-obstacles mindset, Sara loves the (sometimes) down and dirty work of identifying possibility in overlooked spaces.
Raised in a large, diverse family in a Mennonite town nestled among the cornfields of Indiana, Sara landed in Nashville on the arm of a touring musician, living the band-wife-and-mama life for many years. (Yep, it’s a Nashville story.) A proponent of thoughtfully and creatively designed lives, Sara is well versed in non-traditional family structures and the necessity of homes that reflect the ways we love and live.
All these years later Sara is pleased to call Music City her forever home and the community for which she advocates. You can usually find her at one of the lovely, walkable parks or restaurants in her Lockeland Springs neighborhood; digging for mid-century treasure at estate sales; or hiking the gorgeous woods that surround our pretty city, often with a bag of mushrooms dangling from her waist.
Buying a home is an investment in ourselves, our families and our community. As you fall in love with your city and new home, Sara will be here to support and guide you.
