Hannah Doyle is a Nashville native and lifer. She bought her first home in Nashville in 2017, and has slowly begun investing more and more into real estate over the past few years.
Before obtaining her real estate license in January, 2021, she obtained her degree in Social Work from Belmont University and worked as a Restorative Practices Specialist at a Metro Nashville Public School to provide a social emotional learning curriculum and environment for the underprivileged community of that school, including for staff, students, and families alike. While this move may at first seem like a big jump-shift in careers, the motivation came from the same place, and the skills and practices she developed in her social work education and career, actually translate perfectly into the world of helping others, from any background and demographic, find housing, whether simply to reside in or with the intent to invest in their futures. Placing an emphasis on the client's needs before her own, treating all with dignity and respect, and working endlessly to help obtain her client's goals, Hannah will advocate for you, provide you with truthful and educational information, and provide any resources she can for your success in buying or selling a property. While Hannah is new at her career in real estate, she is not new to the real estate market, which helped her close her first real estate sale with in two months of obtaining her license.
