Leslie Logan Hill recognizes the positive impact of effective guidance in the real estate market. Raised in a family of real estate professionals, Leslie continues a tradition of dedicated a native, Leslie grew up in Brentwood, Tennessee, graduated from Christ Presbyterian Academy, earned her Bachelor’s degree at the University of Mississippi, and then spent time as part of the RUF campus ministry team at University of Georgia. She made her way back home to Nashville through a career in professional training development, a career that thrived on her passion for helping others define their priorities and set actionable goals. That passion drives her vision for her real estate group and she’s inspired by the city’s incredible boom. “Nashville maintains it’s small town feel yet offers the perks of a big city,” Leslie acclaims, “there’s a freedom here to be who you are and find out what fits your family. There are lots of areas being nourished by growth, giving our town more little pockets of charm and beauty.”
For Leslie, her professional focus cultivates a warm spirit of home and family for her clients. “True relationships are not transactions,” Leslie believes. “I want to know people, to get to know a family and watch them thrive in their new home. I enjoy helping people understand what it is they really want and why—then guiding them through the process to understand what they need and what they can afford.” She encourages clients to ask hard questions and she’s not afraid to challenge them to see new possibilities while establishing realistic parameters to attain them.
