Dan has been in middle Tennessee for 35 years. Raised in Franklin and now living in Nashville, Dan has experienced the change and growth that continues to flourish in the greater Nashville area. Starting his real estate career in 2016, his education and work history made the leap a logical one. With a Bachelors degree in Psychology, Masters degrees in Accountancy and Professional Counseling, and a certification in mediation, Dan had all the tools to start a successful career as a real estate agent. For 14 years he ran his own accounting and consulting business working with high net worth individuals, LLC’s and small corporations all over middle Tennessee. In 2014, Dan was listed as a civil and family mediator with the State Supreme Court of Tennessee. This is where he was able to hone his skills in communication and negotiation.
Over the past 4 years, Dan has built a strong referral business through family, friends and his connections throughout the community. His ties to the Tennessee Walking Horse industry began with his grandfather and carried on through his father’s career as a horse trainer. Through Dan personally showing horses he has connected with people all over the United States, many of whom have relocated permanently to Middle Tennessee or own second homes here. Dan’s passion is working with those relocating to the Greater Nashville area from near and far. He works with buyers who are searching for their first homes as well as veteran investors. His listings include estate homes, equestrian properties, and condos.
Dan’s life long love for education keeps him current on all things real estate. He consistently networks within the business community and the community at large. Dan serves the Greater Nashville Realtor Association through his involvement on 3 committees, where he is currently the co-chair of the awards committee. He volunteers with numerous groups and charities in and around Nashville, and is on the board of the Tennessee Repertory Theater through his involvement with the Young Leaders Council. Dan is excited to see how Nashville continues to grow and rise as one of the top cities in the Nation, and how his role as an agent can facilitate this growth and improve the lives and futures of his clients.
