Fred Lawrence has been selling homes in Nashville’s urban market for 25 years.
Moving to Nashville 1981, he has toured as keyboard player with the likes of Tanya Tucker and Waylon Jennings. But real estate has always been his other passion, buying his first Nashville investment property in 1987.
Over the years Fred has completed 100's of transactions and garnered many awards for Sales, Construction and Green Building.
He loves this business and works tirelessly to make it enjoyable and lucrative for everyone he has the privilege to work with.
Personal
Fred and his wife Velvet, live in the Belmont area (They renovated two homes together there) and are enjoying being urban empty nesters. They enjoy camping, hiking, gardening, friends and walking their dog Fulton. Fred is active in Scouting where his son Max achieved Eagle. Max was Valedictorian at Hillsboro high school and is now attending Dartmouth. His older son Eric attended the University of Mary Washington and is pursuing a career in computer science.
