Larry is compassionate about his community. In fact, he’s been involved in community awareness and growth most of his life. At age 12, he was first recognized by the American Red Cross for his outreach involvement in the community. At 13, he was the lone recipient of the DARE (Drug Abuse Resistance Education) award at his school, which was an unbelievable experience! A native of Nashville, Larry has always maintained a high level of excellence. He was a scholar student, SGA president, the editor in chief of his middle school newspaper, and a member of the future leaders of America. He has volunteered his time, energy and money to many local, state and national organizations. Larry is passionate about his community and the needs and goals of his clients. He specializes in bringing peace of mind to home sellers who have previously struggled with selling their homes on their own or with another agent. Also, he loves working with first time home buyers; helping them to fulfill the American dream of owning their first home. By making an industry leap to real estate from working as a manager for several fortune 500 healthcare companies, Larry found professional success at the top level. He has made a high-level commitment to his real estate education, having been mentored by several highly acclaimed real estate coaches in the industry. In his spare time, Larry enjoys writing, the sounds of a great music playlist, spending time with his family and friends, gardening, home renovations, and volunteering.
