Zach Goodyear and Scott Evans met in 1997 while both attending Sewanee: The University of the South, and have been selling residential real estate together since 2003. They specialize in selling homes and condos in the urban center of Nashville as well as multi-unit condo sales management where they have been involved in high-rise and condo projects such as Broadwest, Twelve|Twelve, Icon in the Gulch, Rhythm at Music Row, and a variety of other smaller multi-unit developments.
Crystal Hutton rounds out the team by both managing the marketing as well as the contract to close process. She is also a licensed agent and works primarily with buyers, specializing in both Davidson and Williamson Counties. Crystal is a Nashville native, born and raised in Williamson County and currently resides in Franklin with her family.
Zach has served on the Board of Directors for Greater Nashville REALTORS, is a past president of the Sewanee Club of Nashville alumni association, and was part of the Nashville Business Journal's 40 Under 40 class of 2017. He lives with wife and his three children in a 1920s bungalow in the Historic Richland-West End neighborhood and enjoys spending time with family, especially outdoors, as well as photography, technology, and playing music.
Scott is from Indiana and has part of a long line of family members in the real estate industry. Scott lives with his two children in Green Hills.
