Excellent Contractor specializing in medium to large jobs including remodels, additions, and new builds. Hilson Merril, owner, is very well versed with older homes and is a huge believer in using original, solid products. His fee is a cost-plus setup, so you pay whatever it costs in his crew's labor and materials, plus about a 20% contracting fee for the oversight, experience, and leadership from start to finish. HIGHLY recommended.

We had a home stager come in and give us ideas and Hilson worked with her to make it so much better than she/her people would have originally done.
