Wendy was born and raised in Tampa Bay, Florida. Wendy also did Real Estate with her father that consisted of buying, selling, renting and rehabbing residential and commercial properties. She received her B.S. from Nova Southeastern in Special Education in 1999. After she got her degree she taught middle school and high school but soon realized how much she learned and enjoyed Real Estate. When she moved to Nashville in August 04' and discovered the exciting fast paced market boom; she knew where her life long career needed to be.
Wendy's dreams were confirmed when within a month of her move here; she met her best friend and sole mate. They wed on September 16th, 2006. She also became a step mom to two wonderful kids. Her sister moved here about six years ago to become a singer and when her sister became pregnant Wendy decided to move. She has a precious niece now too. Her parents still reside in Tampa.
