In the investor and REALTOR community, it’s no secret that Sher Powers is almost an icon. She is a speaker and a former board member for Real Estate Investors of Nashville (REIN). As a founder of Terra Firma Properties, Sher has aided hundreds of sellers create one of the most respectable home products while giving buyers a quality, virtually maintenance-free residence.
Sher doesn’t stop there, however. As a Certified Residential Specialist (less than 4% of REALTORS hold the designation), she excels in marketing listings, representing buyers and counseling consumers through one of the most important purchases in their life time. Sher consistently ranks in the top 1% of unit sales in the market. She is a Greater Nashville Association of REALTORS (GNAR) Award of Excellence winner and serves on the affordable housing committee for the association.
In her spare time, she enjoys singing, swing dancing, animal advocacy and sitting on her porch overlooking Nashville’s Cumberland River.
