We have a three-prong systematic approach to marketing and selling developments.
1. Sales
Depending on the development's size and needs, we will dedicate trained Sales Agents to sell the development under the leadership of a Project Manager. When necessary, we provide on-site coverage and a point person for specific sales functions, such as finish selections. Village has a track record of success. Our agents sell 33% of our own listings and 50% of our development listings.
2. Systems
We rely on well developed, proven systems to manage important elements of the sales process from leads to transaction management. These systems put in place accountability measures and communication tracking. A customized database can be created for each development for prospecting and tracking, and customized reports can be produced to show prospect, sales, and marketing status.
3. Marketing
We are a marketing minded agency. We focus on trends in the marketplace and believe in building a development's brand. We have partnerships and relationships that provide us expert design and brand strategy services, and both internal and external teams to build an individual marketing plan for each development.
