Village fund
The Village Fund of the Tides Foundation identifies potential grantees through Village Real Estate Services employees, investors and the Fund's consultant. Unsolicited grant proposals are not encouraged.
Recommendations are then sent to the Tides Foundation, which has final grant making authority. Tides then releases grant payments. These grants are generally awarded on an annual basis.
