Kevin Mann was born and raised in Macon, Georgia. He graduated from the University of Georgia with an accounting degree. He started his own construction company working on Commercial and residential properties. He has completed many home renovations in East Nashville and Sylvan Park; including a 1920's home he and his wife did themselves and have live in for 5 years. Working on restoring old homes has given Kevin and great understating of quality structure and craftsmanship, which affords him a great advantage when helping his clients see the "bones" and potential of their dream home. He loves seeing "dead" homes come to life. Meeting new people and developing relationships makes selling real estate a truly fulfilling career. Kevin believes in the idea of a relevant thriving downtown community and has settled in Nashville with his wife Mandy, son Bennett and their Black Lab Zeal, where they write and play music.
