Ivan is a magna cum laude graduate of Belmont University with a BA in English and communication arts. A Tennessee native, he has lived in Nashville for more than twenty years except for five blissful years Rollerblading the streets of Manhattan. Ivan has trained as an actor and is a licensed massage therapist and sometime marathon runner and triathlete. He puts his attention to detail, energy and passion for life into serving his clients’ real estate needs.
His aim is to help others achieve their personal goals in home buying and selling, whether the first-time home buyer, someone selling to move up or building an investment portfolio. He strives to stay on the forefront of industry changes and development with extensive training, education and service. Ivan is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Tennessee Association of Realtors and the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors. He donates a portion of each transaction to the Village Fund.
