I’ve lived in Nashville most of my life and know all about Nashville neighborhoods and surrounding areas. I’ve also invested in local real estate for several years — purchasing, remodeling and owning several rental properties. So I understand the excitement of finding the perfect home, and I also understand the very different needs of the real estate investor.
My wife, Karla, and I live in a historic home in the 12South neighborhood of Nashville. You’ll often see us walking our two rambunctious dogs through Sevier Park. And by the way, in case you’re wondering, my last name is pronounced “Day Pray.”
