David has over 30 yrs experience buying and selling real estate. His sensitivity to the needs of people allows him to address the special requests of individuals buying or selling their personal home. David possesses a unique ability for creative financing. As an investor/renovator himself he is an ideal sounding board for clients who buy and sell.
David comes from a strong background in both residential and commercial construction. As a project Construction Superintendent, David managed projects from the clearing stage to final completion, to include obtaining the certificate of occupancy. This included two 28,000 sf assisted living facilities. David and his wife Cathryne also designed and built an underground home in the early 80's. While operating their own stained glass business for 18 yrs David developed and built an upscale shopping center in Alabama as a home for the business.
David demonstrated the ability to bring his dreams to fruition as evidenced by his accomplishments during his successful marriage of 32 yrs, and from raising two sons, both Vanderbilt Civil Engineers.
