Brian jokes that he's done everything from being a mall Easter bunny to running a successful music publishing company, but has finally found his life’s work in the real estate industry. Brian holds a master's degree from UT, Knoxville in communications management and was chosen as Greater Nashville Association of REALTOR's Rookie of the Year, selling more homes than any other like-agent in the metropolitan area. In 2007, he was selected by Real Estate Magazine as one of the nation's Top 50 REALTORS on the Rise.
Brian may be most familiar as real estate expert for HGTV, appearing on numerous shows including “The Top 25 Homebuying Tips,” “House Hunters” and “Goodbuy/Badbuy.” He’s also appeared on The Learning Channel as a real estate expert. Brian’s success as a solo agent has opened the stage to a national speaking circuit. Brian has been a trainer/speaker at The National Association of REALTORS, numerous state conferences (including Ohio and Arkansas) and (believe it or not) at several of his competitor’s company’s national conventions.
He prides himself on his 18-hour average from the time he starts looking with a buyer to placing the contract on the perfect home. His home sellers are getting 95% of their list price with an average of 62 days on the market. Brian is also a 1031 exchange experienced agent for the tax savvy investor. Brian is a Certified Residential Specialist and instructs numerous webinars for The Council. He is also known for his creative home listing marketing strategies. Brian has been referred to as “The King of Real Estate Video” by homes.com. He has received national awards for his real estate marketing innovations and has been featured in Residential Specialist Magazine, REALTOR Magazine, Real Estate Magazine and Homes.com.
Brian sells homes in the metro Nashville area and has a second resort market at Center Hill Lake. In his spare time, he enjoys graphic design, videography, and spending time with his family of animals...two Maine Coons, two Chihuahuas and more chickens than he can count.
