I was born in N. Ireland of Scots-Irish decent but left in my late teens to travel and explore the world. In doing so I worked for various airlines and my own antique/interior business. I attained a Bachelor’s degree in the History of Art and Classical Studies and increased my knowledge of the French Language while living in Luxembourg. There I met my husband (a Tennessee native) to whom I have been married for 18 years and we are now settled in Nashville. I enjoy being active in the community and continue to work as a docent at the Parthenon Museum. I also regularly attend the Nashville Symphony and am a member of the Alliance Française.
