I took the plunge from hospitality sales management in to Real Estate the latter part of 2003. One of my favorite things about it is that the market is always changing and you must be committed to learning and adapting which makes for a challenging and fast paced career. I have enjoyed over 5 years of selling homes in the many vibrant communities in and around Nashville and am committed to supporting local businesses and environmental causes within Middle Tennessee.
I especially enjoy assisting first time home buyers and make it my mission to stay current on the array loan programs and down payment assistance offered to these unique buyers. It's an exciting time to be entering the market and I feel it's incumbent on me as a Realtor to provide access to comprehensive market data as well as community reports so that you are empowered to make informed decisions.
Recently, I have become a certified EcoBroker and hope to drive more demand for earth friendly building and remodeling practices in our area. Beyond the direct benefit to our planet, energy efficient homes can reap tremendous savings in operating costs and are often much healthier to live in. In Feb 2009 legislation was passed offering much more comprehensive tax credits for adding energy efficient products to your home and green building is one of the only growing sectors of new construction. For a comprehensive listing of all the green programs and services offered in Middle Tennessee please visit my blog www.greenhomesnashville.com.
